Kristi started having surges 20 minutes apart Wed evening. They progressed during the day Thursday while she was at work. They didn't let up, just became more frequent, stronger and longer. We arrived at Woodwinds Friday morning at 3:45am and Kristi was dilated to 7.5cm. It took 6 hours to dilate the rest of the way and breathe him down to a birthing position, followed by 70 minutes of pushing. Kristi did an excellent job, no drugs and hardly made a peep (very focused woman).
